Our Story

Come share a little fluff with us!

Back in 2020, we weren’t even called Fluff yet—we were Bread Shack.  Born in the middle of the pandemic, our little bakery pop-up was built to keep people employed and to bring comfort to our neighborhood through freshly baked breads. What began as a way to get through tough times quickly grew into something far more meaningful—a spark of joy for the community, and the start of a bigger dream.

2020

Bread Shack came to life, baking breads for the neighborhood when comfort was needed most.

2021

We fell in love with our very own Fluff Rolls—soft, playful, and unforgettable. This was also the year we proudly opened a branch near Davao City Hall.

2022

A breakthrough moment. Our second store in Gmall Davao brought a surge in sales and a realization: our fluffy creations had so much more potential than we ever imagined.

2023

A year of reflection and courage. We rebranded to truly embrace our DNA and carve out our place in the right market.

2024

The new Fluff: Sweet & Savory Stuff was born.We went back to our pop-up roots, reintroducing ourselves with a fresh spirit and securing a big institutional client along the way.

2025

Our dream took flight with our first flagship café in SM City Davao—a space dedicated to giving every customer a playful and inspiring pause through sweet and savory experiences.

Today, Fluff is more than food. It’s comfort you can hold, a pause you can savor, and a little spark of joy in the middle of your day!
