Fluff & Friends is Fluff’s loyalty program. Members earn points from eligible purchases and use those points toward future purchases or available rewards.

How do I become a member?

How do I earn points?

Provide your registered mobile number before paying for an eligible purchase. Your points will be credited to your Fluff & Friends account.

How much is each point worth?

Each point is worth ₱0.50 in reward value. For example, 100 points are worth ₱50.

When can I start redeeming my points?

You may start redeeming points at least 24 hours after registering for Fluff & Friends.

What is the minimum number of points required for redemption?

You must have at least 100 points to redeem. Since each point is worth ₱0.50, the minimum redemption value is ₱50.

How do I redeem my points?

Provide your registered mobile number and tell our team that you would like to redeem your points before paying. Your account must be at least 24 hours old and have a minimum balance of 100 points.

Can I redeem more than 100 points?

Yes. Once you have reached the 100-point minimum, you may redeem [any number of points/the available reward amount], subject to your current balance and the program’s redemption rules.

How can I check my points balance?

You can check your balance here or ask any of our Fluff Crews before completing your purchase.

What should I do if my points are missing?

Visit or contact Fluff and provide your registered mobile number and proof of purchase. Requests should be submitted within 3 days of the transaction. Points can only be added after the purchase has been verified.
